Arnold J. Goldblatt

Background:
  • Min Goldblatt &Sons- Arnold grew up in the family business. Spent many hours as a high schooler in the kitchen preparing foods for their parties.
  • Rutgers-Newark College- Finished 4 years of college and also served in the Army National Guard.
  • New York City Community College- Enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program of Hotel Technology. Received a scholarship awarded by the famous Club 21 in Manhattan.Also served as an apprentice at the Club 21.
  • Min Goldblatt & Sons- Became president after the father passed away. Continued to help build the off-premise catering business. In the prominent words of a local Rabbi, “Min Goldblatt &Sons, was the “gold standard” of the off-premise kosher catering business.
    In the course of his career, Arnold Goldblatt has catered hundreds of life cycle events.
  • Exquisite Caterers- Serves as a consultant and continues to plan and supervise many affairs at synagogues, hotels, catering halls, country clubs and private homes.
Honors and Awards:
  • Recipient of a scholarship at the Club 21.
  • 30th Anniversary Award- for work with State of Israel Bonds.
  • Served many dinners to: Henry Kissinger, Ed Koch, Ariel Sharon, Abba Eban, the late Yitzchak Rabin, John Denver, Mario Cuomo, Elie Wiesel, and Barbara Bush.

Howie Heiberger
